Philosophy

I asked my room-mate what he was doing this weekend to which he replied "nothing", he then said, you have posed me with a philosophical question. Why is it that we will answer "nothing" to that question unless we are doing something out of the ordinary, cuz we really are doing something and there's an even bigger chance you'll do something that's not part of your weekend routine.
