Here's a random/funny phone conversation I had today:

M- "VOA, how may I help you?"
X- "Hi, I'm retired and I'm going nuts just sittin'' here doing nothing! I would like to volunteer somewhere".
M- "Have you tried HelpLink ma'am, they could probally provide you with a list of agencies"
X- "Oh I volunteered at a hospital once and that was so boring just answering phones, see I want to come home tired! Would you mind if I turn my radio down?
